The handpiece of the EXO Silent SX5 is designed for endurance and comfort. The micro-motor of the SX7 is brushless, so the handpiece weighs only 128 grams. The Soft Start system of the SX7 ensures a smooth start and the possibility to change direction without stopping. The built-in Safe system protects the motor from damage.
