How does free delivery work?
Orders over £135 will be delivered for free within the UK and Ireland.

At the moment we do not accept orders with a total value less than £135 due to the new tax regulations regarding EU-UK import and export since 01/01/2021. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Can I choose a date for the delivery of my product?
    We deliver within 5-10 working days in the UK and Ireland. If you prefer to receive your order later, please let us know in the comments field when ordering. 


    Why can't I place an order below £135?

    Do your prices include VAT?
    Yes. Prices listed on our site are including VAT and customs duty. There are no import fees to be paid by you on orders with us.

    In case you are charged customs duty upon delivery, please contact us with your order number and proof of payment of the custom duty so we can refund you the fees.


    Do I need to pay import tax and customs duty?
    No. There are no import fees to be paid by you on orders with us as we have included these in our prices and we pay these for you.

    I have not received part of my order. What do I do now?
    Please wait a little longer. Your order will probably be delivered in several packages and one of them is delayed. Check the status page of your order. There you can see the status of all your packages.


    Where is my package?
    Easily view the status of your order in your Electricnailfiles.co.uk account. Here you will also find a link to your Track and Trace. You can also find the Track & Trace code in your shipping confirmation email.

    Did you receive a shipping confirmation, but your Track & Trace code is not correct? The code often only works later that day. Is your code still not working the next day? Contact us.


    What happens to my order if I am not home?
    The deliveryman will deliver your parcel to your neighbours. If that is not possible, the deliveryman will bring your package to a collection point in your neighbourhood.
