If it is explicitly stated a product will be delivered by a certain weekday – e.g. 'Ordered today, delivered by Monday' – and the delivery address is in the UK, then you'll have the product by Monday the latest. If your delivery address is in Ireland, then you'll have the product by Tuesday the latest.
Otherwise, deliveries are within 3 to 7 business days and usually within 5 business days.

Should a repair prove necessary during maintenance, you will receive a cost specification in advance if the repair is not covered by the warranty or if the warranty period has expired.
After receipt, your return will be inspected within 5 to 10 working days. If your return is in the new condition you will receive the full purchase amount back. If not, we will contact you and make you a proposal.
You can return your product(s) within 14 calendar days after receipt without giving a reason. If your product is returned in its new condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.
