Return request

You can return your order or product(s) free of charge within 14 days after receipt. No reason required. 

We will deposit the entire purchase amount into your account provided the product(s) are returned in the new condition.

Once we have received your completed return form we process your return request. You will subsequently receive instructions and a stamped shipping label. You will also receive a document which you should send with your product.

All form fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. 

  1. Report your return via the return form on this page.
  2. Use sturdy packaging to pack the product. Print out the return shipping label that you received by email and paste it on the box.
  3. Deliver your parcel to a post office. 
  4. The money will be in your account within 10 business days after receipt!

As soon as your product has arrived at the supplier, they will process your return and we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. It is possible that your product has arrived according to the track & trace information but that you have not yet received a confirmation of receipt.

How we refund you depends on the payment method you used when you made your purchase:

  • If you paid by credit card, we will refund on your credit card.
  • Did you choose a payment in instalments (PartPay)? We cancel the payment contract for you. You will receive any amount paid refunded to your account.
  • Did you pay via PayPal? Then we will refund the amount via PayPal.

Did you only return part of your order? Then you will receive the purchase price of that part only.
