Our website does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over 16 years of age. We, therefore, encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. Facebook Conversion API

We use the tracking tool Facebook Conversion API of Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of Facebook Inc. 1601, Willow Road Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.

This is a data interface through which we transmit data about your behaviour on our website to Facebook for evaluation. This enables us to show you advertisements that match your user behaviour on our website. 

In connection with the Conversion API, we use the following data:

  • City, state and country
  • Postcode

  • Client User Agent (the browser you use and your operating system)

We transmit this data to Facebook. In the process, the data is also transmitted to Facebook in the USA.

The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO. 

You can revoke your consent for data processing by Facebook Pixel for our web domain at any time with future effect by adjusting your preferences in our cookie settings.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to the processing of data or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or the right to data transferability or if you have any other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to info@electricnailfiles.co.uk.

To ensure that you have made the request for access, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Burgerservicenummer (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. Luspada will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
