Delivery of your order
Our deliveries are done by PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. If your order is too large for a mailbox it will be sent as a package. PostNL does not deliver packages of more than 12 kilogram at a post office box. We therefore advice you to use a regular address and not a post office box address for large orders.
Unless specified differently on the product page, we have a delivery time of 3 to 10 working days. Average delivery time is 3 working days and we’re working hard to improve upon this.
Delivery of multiple products
When several products are ordered at once will do our best to deliver them all at the same time. In that case, the delivery time of the whole order will be the same as the product with the longest delivery time.
It is possible that some of your products will be shipped separately as they are kept at different locations. So if you don’t receive your entire order at once, it’s most likely because of this. If you’re uncertain; send us an email.
In your account, you can see if your order has been send or still is being processed.
If the order status in your accounts states ‘sent’ but you still haven’t received your order then wait a couple of work days. In exceptional cases, PostNL or DHL deliver an order in a couple of days instead of 2-3.
Contact our Customer service in case you haven’t received your order within 10 working days. To serve you as fast as possible we kindly request you to state your order number in your email.

We will gather the usage data of our visitors to develop our website. Your feedback will be used for improvements.
If you decide to write a review you can choose to include your name or other personal data in the review. We are curious about the opinions of our visitors, but we will keep the right not to publish the contributions which do not satisfy the site conditions.
If you respond to promotions or prize contests, we’ll ask you for your name, address and email address. We use the data to carry out the promotion, announce the winners and to measure the response to our marketing campaign.

Warranty and replacement
Despite the high quality of our products, it can happen that you receive a product which is not in a perfect state. In that case, we will provide you with an appropriate solution as fast as possible.
If the product has a defect when received you can always return it within 14 calendar days, accompanied by the original invoice.

If a product malfunctions after 14 days in your possession we will fix your problem as fast as possible. Dependent on the product we will do this by replacement, reparation or repayment.
When you returned a product you will not automatically receive a replacement. We will first check if we can repair the product. In case we can’t repair it we will let you know if you can expect a replacement or that payment obligation will fall and we will repay you.
Cost of repair
All repairs will be done directly by the supplier of the product. If the defect is not mentioned in the warranty, like damage from dropping, impact or water, wire breakage, improper use or if the warranty has expired, then you will receive a quote. You can indicate then if you agree on repair (of the indicated price) or that you will renounce from further repair. In the last case, you can have your product returned with an eventual invoice for research and transport costs.
Search for products
The search bar is located on the right-hand side of the menu, click on the magnifying glass. You can insert any word here to search our inventory. Click ‘shop’ in the menu to see our full inventory. The menu items of product groups will only show specific product groups.
Some of the products are in our inventory but currently (temporarily) out of stock.
In the column on the left of any product page, you will find links linking to specific product categories. With these links, you can search for products from the same category. You can check for example which nail drills we sell for mobile pedicures. Within these categories refinement of the search results is possible, you can see for example which of the nail drills weigh less then 2 kilogram or have a price to €200,-
Order without an account
You don’t need an account to order at Electricnailfiles.co.uk. If you don’t want to make an account you can place an order and proceed to checkout and click on ‘checkout as guest’. You will then be asked to fill in name and address, telephone number, email address, delivery and payment details.
For future orders it is advisable to create an account, otherwise you’ll have to fill in the data above every time. With an account we will also be able to update you on our newest arrivals, product lotteries and promotions.
Create an account
To create an account at Electricnailfiles.co.uk you have to go to ‘my account’ at the top right corner of the webpage. Thereafter you click on ‘Create an Account‘. Then you will be asked to fill in your personal information to create a customer profile. Once you are successfully registered you can place an order with your account.
We’ll walk you through the steps required to place an order.
- Click on ‘Add to cart’ to add the desired product to your cart.
- Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’. (If you want to continue shopping and add more product then click on ‘Continue Shopping’).
- Check the details of your order.
- My Cart: this page shows you the contents of your cart
- Address: here you provide us with your invoice and delivery address. In case you want your order delivered to a different address then your invoice address you can state this here
- Shipping Method: here you can select your preferred shipping method
- If all the data is correct, select your payment method at ‘Payment Information’.
- After you selected your payment to continue to ‘Order Review’.
- Make your order definitive to read and accept our terms and click on ‘Place Order’.
If you’d like to place an order of 10 or more pieces of the same product send an email. We’ll contact you.
To accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and various European national online payment methods (iDeal, MisterCash, Giropay, Sofort and many others) we make use of third-party payment processor Stripe. Stripe is one of the world’s leading online payment processors.

You can transfer the amount due by your own internet banking method directly to our bank account. Send us an email with a proof of transfer and your order number to inform us.

How it works
In the account, you will provide us with your name, address, email address and payment details. Indicate directly if you would like to receive our newsletter. The entrance to your account is being secured with a password chosen by you.
Click here if you lost your password. Enter your email address on the following page and within a couple of minutes, you’ll receive an email from of us with a personal link. Click on the link to create a new password.
Change personal information
You can change your account information by yourself. You can also add multiple invoices and delivery addresses. Keep in mind that any payment reminders will be sent to the last used invoice address.
