Can you clean or repair my nail file?
We work closely together with our suppliers who all have an in-house technical department. We can arrange yearly check-ups and general repairs upon your request.
We’ll also send you timely check-up reminders to keep your machine in perfect shape and under continued warranty.
How fast do you deliver orders?
2 to 3 workings days to anywhere in the UK & Ireland.
In general, all orders placed before 15:00 Amsterdam time will be shipped out the same day. Since we ship directly from our suppliers in The Netherlands and Italy, deliveries to Belgium take about 2 to 3 working days after shipment.
We provide track and trace codes for all orders, so you can follow your delivery online. If you think you’re waiting too long, contact us.
How and when can I return an item?
You can return your order within 14 days after delivery and get a full refund; no questions asked. Shipping costs are on us.
